i love my breadmaker

I hate Mondays, who doesn't? I read somewhere that a good start on Monday can help your entire week.

So, what better start of the week than waking up to the smell of coffee and freshly baked bread?

I got a morphy richards breadmaker, set it at the evening and it bakes for me. How cool is that.

Obviously I'm one of those people that do love eating in the morning.

Each loaf I have tried so far has seemed better than the last one so I do that one for several loaves before my wife wants me to try something different.

I have tried quite a few of the recipes which came with the machine and they were all 100% successful. I have also tried recipes from the book “Fresh Bread in the Morning from your Bread Machine” by Annette Yates. Although these did not rise quite so much perhaps due to the minimal use of yeast, salt and sugar, the texture was great and I found them really tasty and different.
